Line items read straight out of the document
Supplier PDFs, emailed spec sheets, photographed site notes. The numbers come out without anybody retyping them, and anything ambiguous is flagged rather than guessed.
Quoting is where the margin is decided and where the week disappears. It is also the most rule-bound thing you do, which is exactly what a machine is good at.

What it costs you today
Someone opens a supplier PDF, retypes the line items into a spreadsheet, checks what you charged the last customer for something similar, applies a markup they half-remember, and sends it on Thursday. The quote is late, the pricing drifts between whoever wrote it, and the job you wanted most got quoted by a competitor on Tuesday.
What we build
Supplier PDFs, emailed spec sheets, photographed site notes. The numbers come out without anybody retyping them, and anything ambiguous is flagged rather than guessed.
Markups, minimums, travel bands, seasonal rates, the discount you always give that one contractor. Written down once, then applied identically whether you are quoting or your newest hire is.
Your template, your terms, your branding — generated, ready to send, with the sections you always tweak left editable.
Unanswered quotes chase themselves on a schedule you set, and stop the moment the customer replies. Most of the recovered revenue in a quoting build comes from this, not the speed.
We have built this before
Paperwork that files itself. Documents arriving by email are read, classified and attached to the right job automatically — then grouped into one task per thing that actually needs doing, not the four emails where someone asked for it. A shipping product, on its own pricing, in daily use.
docket.logixtecs.com ↗Before you ask
It rarely is, and that is the point — complicated pricing is exactly what people get wrong when they are tired on a Friday. The audit call is mostly us asking how you actually price things until the rules are on paper. If it turns out the rules genuinely live in your head and change per customer, we will tell you this is not the one to automate first.
Printed documents and clean PDFs, reliably. Photographed site notes and handwriting, usually, with anything uncertain flagged for a human rather than quietly guessed at.
Yes, by default. Most owners run it in review mode for the first few weeks, then let the routine jobs go out automatically and keep review on the big ones.
The other three
Half the enquiries a local business gets arrive when nobody is at a desk.
The schedule exists in six places — a whiteboard, a group chat, three phones and somebody's memory.
The same job details typed into three systems that do not speak to each other is not admin.
Last step
Tell us what eats your week. We will tell you what it is costing and whether it is worth automating — including when the honest answer is that it is not.
